Polycrystalline silicon can be further divided into the following types:

a. Traditional Polycrystalline Silicon: Traditional polycrystalline silicon is polycrystalline silicon material grown using vapor-phase mixing and is typically used in the manufacture of standard photovoltaic cells. It has a lower production cost, but the crystal quality is slightly inferior to that of precision single-crystal silicon.

b. Sputtered polysilicon: Sputtered polysilicon is a polycrystalline silicon material produced under high temperature and pressure conditions. It has high electrical properties and low intracrystalline impurity content, making it suitable for the manufacture of high-efficiency solar cells.

c. Sputtered polysilicon: Sputtered polysilicon is a material produced by directly depositing polycrystalline silicon thin films on glass or other substrates using a spray coating process. It has low production costs and high production efficiency, and can be used in the manufacture of large-area solar cells and thin-film cells.

In general, polysilicon is mainly divided into three types: traditional polysilicon, sputtered polysilicon, and sprayed polysilicon.
